How many cooks spoil the broth?

Our ship has 1 executive chef, 1 executive sous-chef, 7 chefs and 140 cooks. They prepare 7,000 meals per day (and they haven’t spoiled the broth yet).

In addition to the Maitre D’ and about a dozen head waiters, 75 waiters and 75 assistant waiters from 52 countries serve diners at two seatings each evening.

One of my favorite dishes: Parmesan-crusted butterfish baked on a cedar plank. Favorite dessert: lemon curd cake, which had the texture and taste of key lime pie with a crumble topping. Also enjoyed the BBB, Banana and Bailey’s Brulee, a fun variation on a traditional creme brûlée.
